3. Human stores the key in a Grok Bot secret card or Cursor MCP Authorization header. Never paste the key into chat.
4. Prefer MCP tools (`socialposter_*`) at https://zqfnpnlzynhugeivtrka.supabase.co/functions/v1/mcp with `Authorization: Bearer <key>`.
